Conditions

All terms are per week commencing at 4.00 p.m. on Saturday and ending at 10.00 a.m. on Saturday

A deposit of £50.00 per week is required with your reservation and the balance must be settled three weeks prior to the holiday commencement date

Any reservation constitutes a binding contract between yourself and Wester Ross Croft Retreat. In the event of a cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, and if this can be done any monies will be returned. If we are unable to re-let, the full rental will be payable

Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden and we regret no pets are allowed

The cost of hot water is included in the rent

There is a pound coin meter for electricity for lighting ,cooking, heating and shower

Linen (supplied fresh weekly) is included in the rent

Guests will be responsible for making good any damage to the property during their stay whether caused wilfully or not, and for replacing any articles of furniture or equipment damaged, broken or lost

The apartment must be left clean and tidy for the new occupant by 10.00 a.m. on the last day
